Your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom always apply. The notes below explain how returns work in practice for specialist equipment.
Standard returns
Unused stock items in their original packaging may be returned within the statutory cancellation period. Contact us first so we can arrange collection or advise on carriage.
Made-to-order & installed equipment
Equipment built, configured or installed to your specification cannot usually be returned once manufacture has begun. We confirm the specification with you in writing before any order of this type proceeds.
Faults & warranty
Warranty terms vary by product and are stated on the product page. If equipment develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the warranty claim and any service visit on your behalf.
