Delivery & installation
Specialist equipment ranges from small items sent by carrier to large systems that require a site visit. Delivery terms are confirmed for each product before you order.
Smaller equipment
Items that can be shipped by standard carrier are dispatched to addresses in the United Kingdom. Lead times and carriage costs are shown on each product page once a range is live.
Large & installed equipment
Solariums, walkers, feeding systems and similar installations are delivered on a scheduled date and, where required, installed by a qualified fitter. Access, power and groundwork requirements are confirmed in advance.
Lead times
Many specialist items are built to order. Where that is the case, the expected lead time is stated on the product page and confirmed in writing before the order is placed.
