Built on a lifelong love of horses
About Yard & Mane
Yard & Mane is a British family business built around something that has been part of our family for generations: horses.
For more than 50 years, horses have been part of our family's everyday life, with generations of the family involved in professional horse training and racing. From working around the yard to the early mornings, long days and endless routines that come with caring for horses, we've grown up with a genuine understanding of what life around horses is really like.
That experience has given us a particular appreciation for the equipment that makes a difference.
The right piece of equipment can save hours of work, make a daily routine easier, improve the way a horse is cared for or simply make life around the yard that little bit more manageable.
And that's where Yard & Mane began.

Why Yard & Mane?
Why Yard & Mane?
There are some fantastic equestrian products available today, from clever new technology and automated yard equipment to specialist horse care and performance products.
But finding the right equipment isn't always straightforward.
Products can be spread across suppliers, specialist suppliers and traditional retailers, and it isn't always easy to understand what something actually does, whether it's suitable for your horse or yard, or whether it's genuinely worth the investment.
We wanted to make that easier.
Yard & Mane brings together specialist equestrian equipment that we believe offers a genuine practical benefit, whether that's saving time, improving horse care, making a yard more efficient or helping owners and professionals make better-informed decisions.
We're not interested in selling everything.
We're interested in finding the right things.
Equipment worth investing in
Equipment worth investing in
We focus on equipment where the investment can make a meaningful difference.
That might be an automatic feeding system that makes daily routines easier, a drying system that saves time after exercise, monitoring technology that gives greater peace of mind, or professional equipment designed to support the way a yard operates.
Every product has to have a reason for being here.
We look at what it does, who it's for, how it can be used and what difference it can make before deciding whether it belongs on Yard & Mane.
And because we know that specialist equipment can represent a significant investment, we believe customers deserve more than a product photograph and a price.
They deserve clear information.
They deserve honest guidance.
And if they're still unsure, they deserve to be able to speak to someone.
From our family to yours
From our family to yours
Our family connection with horses is at the heart of Yard & Mane, but we know that every horse, owner and yard is different.
Some of our customers may have one horse at home. Others may run a busy livery yard, training yard or professional operation.
The equipment they need will be different, but the principle is the same:
Good equipment should make life with horses better.
That's what we're here to help you find.
